Can I bring my own laundry detergent?
Yes - but if you forget, you can borrow some of ours
How often are the machines cleaned and maintained?
Machines are sanitized daily, and spray sanitizer is always available if you would like to sanitize
the machine before you put in clothes.
Can I leave my laundry unattended during wash or dry cycles?
If you have special washing instructions for your clothes, simply let our attendants know when you visit our walk-in location, or select your customer care preferences online when scheduling your delivery. We’ll make sure to follow your instructions carefully to ensure your items are cleaned exactly as requested.
